- Enhance capacity building in competency-based medical education (CBME), faculty development, continuing medical education/continuous professional development (CME/CPD), and quality assurance

- Develop and deploy world-class simulation-based training facilities and innovative technologies including Extended Reality (XR), AI, handheld ultrasound devices, and mobile applications to revolutionize medical training
- Strengthen medical ethics and professionalism among healthcare professionals, particularly in emerging fields like genomics and AI-assisted healthcare
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between experienced trainers across different specialties and mainland counterparts to foster regional healthcare excellence
- Conduct and publish cutting-edge research on medical education methodologies, simulation effectiveness, and educational technology outcomes
- Establish a regional hub for educational innovation research, promoting evidence-based approaches to healthcare professional development
